Our Mission

• A 200-strong male voice choir (assembled from leading South African choirs) will represent the African continent in a 1000 man choral spectacular, immediately preceding the London 2012 Summer Olympic Games


• 5 continental choirs, each representing their home Olympic territory, will come together to form one massed 1000 man choir


• World Premier of Karl Jenkins – “A Hero’s Journey”. Karl Jenkins is a world-renowned Welsh musician and composer, famous for many works including Adiemius, and was the first international composer and conductor to conduct the University of Johannesburg Kingsway Choir during his visit to South Africa as the choir performed his The Armed Man: A Mass For Peace with a 70-piece orchestra.
